Art Therapy
Art therapy provides a creative and accessible way to explore thoughts and emotions that may be difficult to put into words. Using both traditional and virtual art-making mediums, I will guide you through the creative process on a path toward self-expression, reflection, and healing—no artistic experience required.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness and meditation practices are woven into sessions to support grounding, self-awareness, and nervous system regulation. Through sensory integration, gentle body scans, and present-moment awareness, you will learn skills to connect with your body, cultivate calmness, and respond to life with greater intention.
